Please arrive 5mins early to your appointment. If you are running 5mins late, please contact me and let me know. If you're going to be 15mins late or more, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled as I will have clients booked in and can not be pushed back.
At Sirens Tantalizing Beauty its my responsibility for providing all my clients a professional and enjoyable service during their appointment. When making an appointment you are required to pay a 50% deposit. This deposit is applied to your final bill at the completion of your appointment. If you do not attend your appointment the deposit will be forfeited.
Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive at your appointment and/or need to cancel and you have not given the requested time of 24hrs you will forfeit your deposit.
If you do not attend your appointment it will be cancelled, classed as a no show, you will forfeit your deposit.
If you need to cancel your appointment, I urge you to please notify 24hrs or more prior to your appointment.
Because of the delicate nature of my services and because your eyes will be shut during any lash services meaning your children or pets will be unsupervised. As a lash and brow technician I will be concentrating on your eyes & brows which is a intricate skill and will be working with sharp tools and chemicals. I ask that you do not bring child/ren, guests or pets to your appointment as this will be a distraction. Please be aware that if you arrive with a child/ren or pet, your appointment will be rescheduled and will forfeit your deposit as a last minute cancellation of your services booked.
Health and Safety
If you are sick or have any sort of eye infection or virus, please DO NOT book an appointment. Remember you are entering a lash or makeup room and for the safety of myself and other clients you will be politely turned away.
Payment, Refund/Returns of Products
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a photo of the damage item will be provided as proof before a replacement item is sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Before Your Lash & Brow Appointment
Do not wear any eye makeup on the day of the appointment. PLEASE NO MASCARA!!
Remove all makeup products and moisturisers worn close to your eyes. Arriving to your appointment with a clean face will allow your lash technician time to work on your lashes. If you continue to arrive with Makeup including a Mascara, you maybe charged a $20 fee for use of makeup removal products.
Remove your contact lenses before lash extensions are applied. Please bring a case and saline solution for them.
If you are under the age of 18 years, I will require Parent consent. If either Parent is unavailable on the day to sign consent forms, a link will be sent to you to fill out the forms digitally. A copy of a Photo ID must be provided to show proof of signature. In failure of consent forms not being signed or if its not the parents signature, your appointment will be cancelled on the spot and rescheduled for another date when proper signatures are acquired.
Please do not book an appointment if you've had a lash lift done within 48 hours or if you've had eyeliner or brows cosmetically tattoo'd within 15 days.
If any allergic reaction occurs after completing and signing the consent forms, I will not be held responsible. Should any reaction happen, it will occur within 24 - 48 hrs. Please seek medical advice immediately.
The Guide to Booking Your Infills
14 days - 2 weeks
21 days - 3 Weeks
28 Days - 4 Weeks
After 4 weeks it will be a full complete set at full price not infill prices.
Please note infills are by weeks and not by time.
If you have lost 40% or more of your eyelash extensions you will be charged for a full set.
If your lashes have shed more the usual please let me know so I can try to schedule more time. Please note you maybe charged extra if you have lost more then your standard infills.
